Our bookkeeping team is led by our CEO Julia Taylor and consists five additional bookkeepers. Julia is also a co-owner of the company with her partners Matt D’Rion and Chad Lane. Together the three owners possess nearly four decades of operational, financial and marketing focused business growth experience.

Worry Free Bookkeeping is the result of work to establish a workable financial system within our first company – a digital marketing agency. This system helped Chad and Matt grow their first company by 20X within 6 years and was eventually sold. The financial system built out of that company was then piloted in other industries with great success. It now forms the basis of our proprietary Financial Planning Dashboard and the Worry Free Bookkeeping system of financial management in business.
Julia started her career in the NGO space working at a non-profit supporting Fire Fighters of New York city as they navigated their health post 9/11. She later transitioned to accounting management for a prominent West Coast General Contractor. She now runs the day to day of Worry Free Bookkeeping and spends most of her time creating streamlined financial management processes or simplifying the existing lines of accounting for our clients.
Matt lives in Tampa Bay, Florida. Matt became an entrepreneur at a young age and is impassioned to help others succeed. After years of sales and marketing experience, Matt founded a firm, sold it after a decade and went on to establish Worry Free Bookkeeping among other ventures.
Chad lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife and 2 children. Chad has over 20 years of experience as a successful administrative executive, marketer and copywriter in the non-profit sector. After years of consulting friends and family regarding their business growth, he decided to offer his services in a professional capacity.
The Worry Free Bookkeeping team consists of professional Quickbooks certified bookkeepers. Each has been carefully vetted for honesty, reliability and excellence of work.
